Apart from Sunday School, Bible Class and uniformed organisations, we have a wide range of other activities including a band (“Strings ‘n’ Things”) that makes music in Church. Cafe Youth Nite meets on a regular pattern of Wednesday nights at 7.30pm. In fact there is something happening in the Church for young people almost every day of the week, as you will see from the following pages.
Apart from these groups which meet weekly, there are occasional Youth Weekends which are lots of fun. Sometimes we run them ourselves and sometimes we invite Scripture Union, Youth with a Mission or King’s Kids to organise them. In December, all our organisations join forces to conduct a ‘Carols by Candlelight’ Service in the Church.
